Calibre Scientific Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Molecular Biology commercial team in France. You will promote molecular biology products to hospitals, labs, and research institutes, and develop customer relationships through visits and virtual meetings.

The role requires a scientific background, strong communication, and a proactive, results-driven attitude with frequent travel within France and neighboring countries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Molecular Biology or related field.
• Biology background with working knowledge of molecular biology.
• 0-3 years in sales, business development or customer-facing roles in life sciences.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote and sell Molecular Biology products, reagents, kits, instruments, and workflows.
• Identify and qualify opportunities within academia, biotech, pharmas, hospitals and institutes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare quotations, tenders and commercial proposals.
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives in the French market.
