ECRIN, a public research organisation with headquarters in Paris, France, is seeking a Junior Legal Officer on a 1-year full-time contract with the possibility of extension. The post reports to the Legal Manager within an international team.

You will draft and review legal documents, develop templates and policies, and manage contract templates in the management tool. You will monitor regulatory changes and provide confidential legal support across multinational clinical research projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health/Biomedical Law or European law.
• Excellent written and spoken English; working language.
• Experience drafting and negotiating international contracts is a strong asset.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and amendments.
• Develop templates, procedures and policies.
• Populate contract management tool with new templates and update existing ones.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes relevant to the role.
• Provide other legal assistance as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and internal procedures.
