Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is seeking an experienced Data Protection professional to support the DPO, drive data protection initiatives, and strengthen the Group's protection program across its operations.

You will draft contractual data protection clauses, help update policies and procedures, carry out DPIAs, and contribute to audits. Collaboration with Compliance and external partners will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data protection.
• Degree in law with a strong compliance/data protection component.
• Proficient in English and French; other languages are a plus.
• Strong organization, proactive and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Draft Data Protection clauses in contracts and participate in contract negotiation.
• Organize, monitor and help draft, implement and improve Group policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out Privacy by Design assessments.
• Participate in the update of the ROPA.
• Assist in Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Coordinate the DPO Network.
• Organize relevant documentation for audit purposes.
• Organize training sessions.
• Provide reports.
• Respond to internal questions on data protection.
