Polène is seeking a Junior Image Producer to contribute to the production, coordination and follow-up of image projects. You will work within the Image team at Polène, supporting budgets, schedules and partner coordination, with frequent international shoots and a strong emphasis on visual identity.

You will thrive on collaboration, possess initial experience in image production (internship or apprenticeship), and be fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in image production, internship or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and French; comfortable coordinating international shoots.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to preparation and coordination of image productions from briefs to delivery.
• Support research and selection of production partners, talents, castings and locations.
• Assist in developing production schedules and coordinating teams for shoots, including international contexts.
• Ensure follow-up with production partners and post-production stages, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor production budgets and help optimise costs within set budgets.
• Organise and improve production processes, including archiving and resource provisioning.
• Support management of the in-house photo studio, production stock and equipment.
