Polène Paris is seeking a Junior Image Producer to support the production, coordination and follow-up of the Maison’s image projects in Paris and beyond. You will collaborate with Art Direction, Graphic Design and Branding, coordinating shoots and managing timelines and resources.

You will join a dynamic Image team, frequenting international locations while developing your autonomy in production management and budgeting, with a strong emphasis on fashion, photography and visual arts.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in image production (internship or apprenticeship) required.
• Experience in fashion, luxury, advertising or the creative industries preferred.
• Strong interest in image production and coordinating shoots, especially internationally.
• Organised, rigorous, responsive with solid project management skills.
• Fluent in French and English; driving licence a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
• Interest in fashion, photography and visual arts.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to preparation and coordination of image productions from briefs to final delivery.
• Support research and selection of production partners, talents, castings and locations.
• Assist production process: develop schedules, coordinate teams and shoots, including international shoots.
• Ensure operational follow-up of production partners and post-production stages.
• Monitor production budgets and help optimise costs.
• Assist with production process improvements, archiving and providing resources to teams.
• Support management of the in-house photo studio, production stock and equipment.
