Polène seeks a Junior Image Producer to contribute to production, coordination and follow-up of image projects. You will support briefs, partner scouting and locations, and help manage schedules and budgets for shoots, including international contexts.

Ideal candidates have internship exposure in image production, strong organisation, and fluency in French and English. This on-site Paris role offers growth within a dynamic fashion house, with opportunities across teams and streams.

Qualifications

• Experience in image production, ideally in fashion, luxury or creative industries (internship or apprenticeship).
• Strong organisation, rigor and ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
• Basic budget monitoring and office tool proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to preparation and coordination of image productions from briefs to final delivery.
• Assist in selecting production partners, talent, casting and locations aligned with the brand identity.
• Support production schedules, team coordination and international shoots.
• Oversee follow-up with production partners, ensure deadlines and quality standards.
