Description du poste

In a context of transformation, Polène is currently looking for a Junior Image Producer to contribute to the production, coordination and follow-up of the Maison’s image projects.

You will thrive in this role if you want to:

  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of image productions, from the receipt of creative briefs through to the final delivery of projects.

  • Support the research and selection of production partners, talents, castings and locations, in line with the creative needs and identity of the Maison.

  • Support the production process, contributing to the development of production schedules, team coordination and the smooth running of shoots, particularly internationally.

  • Ensure the operational follow-up of production partners and the different stages of post-production, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

  • Contribute to the monitoring of production budgets, helping to optimise costs while ensuring that defined budgets are respected.

  • Contribute to the organisation and improvement of production processes, including production archiving, creative research and making the necessary resources available to the teams.

  • Support the management of the in-house photo studio, production stock and equipment, anticipating material and logistical needs and ensuring their availability.

You will excel in this role if:

  • You have initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in image production, ideally within fashion, luxury, advertising or the creative industries.

  • You have a strong interest in image production and are eager to develop your skills in coordinating and managing shoots, particularly in international contexts.

  • You are organised, rigorous, responsive and have strong project management skills, with an initial understanding of budget monitoring and proficiency in office tools.

  • You enjoy working as part of a team and operating in environments that require frequent interaction, while being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within tight deadlines.

  • You are fluent in French and English. A valid driving licence is a plus.

  • You have a strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen interest in fashion, photography and visual arts, as well as a strong appetite for researching landscapes and outdoor locations, both in France and internationally.

  • You are curious, committed and eager to learn, with the desire to progressively develop your autonomy in managing productions.

  • Frequent international travel will be required as part of the role.

Within the Image team, you will join a team of around fifteen people and report directly to the Senior Production Manager. You will work closely with internal teams, including Art Direction, Graphic Design and Branding, as well as talents, agencies and other external partners.

The team operates in a dynamic environment, with numerous creative projects to coordinate simultaneously. You will directly contribute to developing Polène’s desirability and visual positioning among its audiences globally, by contributing to the production of imagery and campaigns that embody the Maison’s identity and universe.

The Recruitment Process

  1. Meeting with Talent Acquisition: discover the Maison, our values, and share your background and ambitions.

  2. Interview with your future manager: dive into the role, its responsibilities and the challenges facing the Image team.

  3. Case study: work through a practical case and share your thinking and approach to production.

  4. Final interview with the Image Team Direction: take a step back and explore the Maison's vision and your development opportunities at Polène.

By joining Polène, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Join a Maison with a unique business project and an ambitious development plan covering its entire value chain.

  • Grow in an ever-evolving environment where innovation and the pursuit of excellence are key drivers.

  • Thrive in an environment where people are at the heart of the project, and where the attention given to employees is a true differentiating factor.

Joining Polène also means benefiting from a range of initiatives designed with you in mind:
  • A 100% on-site working experience, based in our Paris offices in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, on rue du Louvre.

  • 25 days of paid annual leave + 10.5 RTT days.

  • A ClassPass sport and wellness membership.

  • Exclusive access to the Maison's collections (private sales and preferential rates after one year of service).

  • Access to People and Baby and Les Petits Chaperons Rouges daycare networks.

  • Alan health insurance, with a tailor-made plan reserved for Maison employees and 60% employer contribution.

  • A sustainable mobility allowance of up to €40/month, or 50% reimbursement of public transportation costs.

  • Swile meal vouchers with a face value of €10 per day.
