Deezer in Paris is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team. The role involves organizing complex meetings, cross‑division projects, and major events, with emphasis on travel logistics, visa coordination, and timely ad‑hoc support.

You will work closely with other EAs through a ticketing system and with Workplace and IT teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of EA experience, is fluent in French and English, and thrives in a fast-changing, international

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an EA in an international setting.
• Fluent in French and English is essential.
• Strong scheduling, travel logistics, and project management skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, trustworthy team player with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Organize complex meetings across divisions and projects.
• Plan and execute internal and external events (townhalls, leadership events).
• Coordinate travel logistics and visas for executives; handle complex travel itineraries.
• Process ad hoc requests (purchase orders, admin tasks).
• Collaborate with other EAs via a ticketing system and with Workplace/IT teams.

Job Description

Position based in Paris office

Within a pool of Executive Assistants (EA) and reporting to Marine, EA of Alexis Lanternier, our CEO, your missions will be:

What you will do:

• Organize complex meetings / cross-division meetings & projects
• Organize internal & external events (Global Townhall, divisions Townhall, Leadership Team, Kids Day with WorkPlace)
• Participate in Projects: logistics for offsites, major industry events & complex travels (incl. complex visa requests)
• Ad hoc requests (for example purchase orders requests)
• Closely collaborate with the other EA through a Ticket solution, plus WorkPlace & IT teams

Qualifications

This role is excellent for a person with:

• 3 years of experience (min) as an EA, preferably within an international company
• Bilingual French & English is essential
• Great scheduling, reporting, travel logistics, project and time management skills
• An autonomous self-starter, proactive and trustworthy team player with a sense of humor & great communication skills
• Patience, diligence, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to work within a fast-changing environment
