NXP Semiconductors France is seeking a DFT Engineer (New College Graduate) to join the ACE France organization. You will contribute to DFT solutions for high-performance automotive and industrial SoCs, from RTL design to silicon production, under the guidance of experienced engineers.

You will participate in design-for-test activities, verification, timing analysis, and automation, developing skills across the full RTL-to-silicon flow in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in digital design, semiconductor development, verification, test, automation, or software development.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to development and integration of DFT solutions for advanced SoCs.
• Participate in RTL development, design reviews, and quality checks.
• Support DFT implementation, verification, and debugging.
• Generate and validate manufacturing test solutions including Scan, ATPG, MBIST, and LBIST.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve engineering efficiency.
• Work with Design, Verification, Physical Design, Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams.
