Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to functional design of enhancements within market infrastructure systems, focusing on interbank payments and related processes.

You will draft specifications, prepare tests, oversee acceptance testing, and support incident management and risk monitoring in a banking environment. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in payments, ideally interbank payments
• Experience with functional specifications, testing and acceptance testing
• Strong understanding of interbank exchanges
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messages
• Knowledge of TARGET / TARGET2 / T2 flows
• Knowledge of SEPA and international transfers is a plus

Description du poste

• Contribute to the functional design of enhancements within the market infrastructure systems scope
• Draft functional specifications and related deliverables
• Prepare and execute functional tests
• Draft acceptance test plans and oversee acceptance testing
• Contribute to projects and enhancements affecting the Target / GEOCRI / VIT applications
• Support ECB stress tests and enhancements within the Squad's scope
• Prepare meeting minutes and update functional documentation
• Participate in the RUN/operations of the Target / GEOCRI / VIT applications
• Support the management and monitoring of incidents and JIRA tickets
• Provide functional support for applications within the scope
• Maintain documentation in Confluence, including practical guides and business analyst how-to guides
• Contribute to maintaining the corporate repository
• Support risk monitoring and the production of related deliverables, particularly MESARI
• Collaborate with business, technical, and engagement management teams in a banking environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Initial experience in the payments field, ideally involving interbank payments
• Experience with functional specifications, testing, and acceptance testing
• Good understanding of interbank exchanges
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX messages
• Knowledge of TARGET / TARGET2 / T2 flows
• Knowledge of SEPA and international transfers is a plus
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and drafting functional deliverables
• Proficiency in preparing test and acceptance test plans
• Proficiency in or knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of ALM Octane and/or Notepad++ is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsive, and able to take ownership of assigned topics
• Comfortable working in an environment where rapid incident response is essential
• Team-oriented, with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Available and adaptable to the demands of a sensitive application environment, including interventions or on-call duties outside normal business hours
