Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate finance and IT requirements, lead design workshops, and document functional specifications. You will coordinate between Finance business teams and IT, monitor project changes, and ensure compliant, secure information systems for banking environments.

The role emphasizes SQL, data-flow analysis, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in financial or banking environments is preferred.
Experience with banking accounting information systems is required.
Experience contributing to information systems transformation projects.
Strong skills in business analysis and information systems transformation.
Proficient in SQL, database analysis, and data flow analysis.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience in financial or banking environments is preferred
At least 1–2 years of experience with banking accounting information systems
Experience contributing to information systems transformation projects
Expertise in banking finance and accounting information systems
Strong skills in business analysis and information systems transformation projects
Proficiency in SQL, database analysis, and data flow analysis
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a methodical approach
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make recommendations
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead workshops involving business and technical stakeholders
