Jobtailor is seeking an IT Business Analyst to gather requirements from traders, analyze incidents with development teams, and manage projects within an Agile environment. You will coordinate testing, validate releases, and support FX desk change management while liaising between Business and Technology.

The role requires 3–6 years in CIB, familiarity with electronic trading, FX products, and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Unix. Fluent English is essential in this international setting.

• Analyze and investigate complex incidents in collaboration with development teams
• Independently manage projects and workstreams, including facilitating steering committees, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate functional testing and acceptance testing
• Validate releases and deployments
• Support change management initiatives for the FX desk
• Act as the link between Business and Technology in an Agile environment

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School, leading business school, or university, with a specialization in Finance or IT
• 3 to 6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) or capital markets environment
• Strong knowledge of electronic trading and foreign exchange (FX) products
• Knowledge of financial market participants and specialized software platforms (e.g., ION, Horizon)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Unix
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence when engaging with Front Office teams, and the autonomy to manage projects independently
• Fluent English is essential in this international environment
