The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks a Junior Advisor to support the Executive Office in shaping strategic direction and high-impact initiatives. You will draft briefing notes, speeches and presentations and assist in preparing interventions for the Governor.
Ideal candidates hold an advanced economics degree and have 2–3 years in policy or international institutions, with strong English writing and presentation abilities.
Qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Economics or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a policy-oriented or international institution.
- Strong knowledge of international development and financial institutions.
- Excellent English writing and presentation skills.
- Fluency in one CEB official language (English or French) and working knowledge of the other.
Responsabilités
- Prepare the Governor’s interventions, drafting briefing notes, speeches and presentations on key economic, financial and social topics.
- Support strategic initiatives and research trends relevant to the Bank’s mission.
- Monitor peer development institutions and collaborate with units to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
