The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) seeks a Junior Advisor to support front office activities within the Executive Office. You will assist with briefing notes, speeches, and presentations for Governor interventions and participate in strategic EO projects.

Reporting to the Director of EO/Chief of Staff, you will collaborate with colleagues across the Bank and contribute to research on developments in international macro-economics and development finance while demonstrating strong

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Economics or related field with macro-economics background.
• 2–3 years in policy-oriented research in an international or MDB setting.
• Knowledge of development finance and international/European affairs.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present findings concisely.
• Strong writing and presentation skills in English; fast-paced work ability.
• Teamwork, strategic thinking, and open-minded collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Governor interventions on economic, financial and social issues.
• Support EO strategic projects and daily activities of the Directorate.
• Follow research of peer MDBs and relevant institutions for EO interests.
• Coordinate with the Communications Unit on EO matters.
