Linear Control Systems Ltd is seeking a capable BMS Project Manager to lead multiple projects, define scope, manage risks, and allocate tasks. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in project management, preferrably with BMS projects; HVAC background considered. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and Teams is required. Salary is dependant on experience; full-time with benefits.

The role involves managing, engineering, planning and resourcing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety.
• Project business growth and profitability.
• Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E's, consultants, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.

Experience

• Desirable experience in BMS projects but HVAC backgrounds will be considered
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.

Skills

Proficient and skilled in utilising project management and software tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams.

Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects.

Comfortable and experienced in working with various project management frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively influence key stakeholders.
• Demonstrates a strong desire and motivation to take initiative and consistently achieve goals.
• Self-motivated and capable of quickly adapting to new environments and tasks.
