Linear Control Systems Ltd is seeking a capable BMS Project Manager to lead multiple projects, define scope, manage risks, and allocate tasks. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in project management, preferrably with BMS projects; HVAC background considered. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project and Teams is required. Salary is dependant on experience; full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering change management projects.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety.
• Project business growth and profitability.
• Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain (M&E's, consultants, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with our quality process and drive continuous improvements.
• Help to Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximise utilisation.
• Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in project delivery process and culture. This is key to raise competitiveness and profitability of the business.
