IBU is seeking a mid-senior level Expert Jira & Confluence & ServiceNOW H/F to provide operational and enhancement support for the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. The role focuses on ensuring platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business and IT processes.

The contract position in Paris requires collaboration with IT teams to optimize workflows and service delivery while driving continuous improvement of the Atlassian stack.

Qualifications

• Experience with Atlassian Jira/Confluence and Jira Service Management.
• Mid-Senior level experience or equivalent.
• Contract-based engagement.
