Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Java development and proven leadership, enjoy clean code and knowledge sharing, and thrive in an agile environment. This on-site role is based in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience in a technical lead role.
• Proficient with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Strong architecture and design skills.
• Enjoy writing clean code and sharing knowledge within a team.

Responsabilités

• Leverage your Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA and Security expertise to deliver robust solutions.
• Uphold best practices: clean code, code reviews, TDD/BDD, unit testing.
• Participate in technical studies, agile rituals, and design decisions.
• Unite and lead the team, identify blockers, and support skills development.
• Contribute to the norsys tech community and share your passions.
