Jobtailor in Bordeaux is seeking a technically strong Development Lead to guide projects and mentor teams. You will ensure architectural consistency, estimate efforts, and coordinate planning across international teams in English.

Experience in Java development with JEE, Spring, and frontend frameworks, plus knowledge of SOA and best practices, will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Java development.
• Technical team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Java/JEE, Spring Framework, Angular and/or Ember.js.
• Knowledge of web architectures and SOA.
• Familiar with development best practices (code reviews, software quality, CI/CD).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Play a key role in the success of projects and support development teams.
• Supervise, mentor and upskill developers.
• Ensure technical consistency of developments and adherence to deadlines.
• Estimate effort for changes and participate in work planning.
• Maintain smooth communication with international development teams in English.
• Ensure compliance with development best practices, quality standards and architectural principles.
• Participate in implementing new methodologies and improving development processes.
