Jobtailor in Lyon is seeking a seasoned B2B sales professional to own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract signature, with a focus on Italian clients. You will conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations, closing deals and coordinating with Legal for signatures.

Develop and maintain an Italian client portfolio and drive outbound opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure an optimal customer experience, share market insights, and

Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven record of closing deals.
Excellent sales communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Italian (C1-C2) and French (working languages).
Knowledge of Italy's business landscape and market understanding.
Self-motivated, team-oriented and results-driven.
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity is a plus.

Responsabilités

Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract signature.
Conduct sales meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Close deals and manage follow-up through signature with Legal team.
Develop and maintain a portfolio of Italian clients.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to outbound prospecting.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the customer experience.
Share market needs and insights to evolve the offering.
Contribute to local sales strategy alongside the Country Manager for Italy and the SDR.
