Youtrust is expanding its International Sales team to accelerate growth across the Italian SMB / Mid Market. As International Account Executive (Italian market), you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging inbound, outbound and partner channels, with support from BDRs and Pre-Sales Engineers.

Based in Barcelona or Paris in a hybrid setup, you will generate your own pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Marketing to maximize

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of consolidated B2B SaaS experience.
• Native Italian language required; fluent English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Barcelona or Paris office.
• Strong outbound mindset with a proven closing track record.

Responsabilités

• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline across inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and upselling.
• Understand prospects' business needs and clearly communicate Youtrust's value.
• Conduct tailored product demos with Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to improve messaging.
• Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
