Oetker Hotels recherche un IT Supervisor Network & Security pour le siège à Paris. Vous garantissez la disponibilité et la sécurité des réseaux (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN) et pilotez les initiatives de cybersécurité en coordonnant les équipes IT et partenaires externes.

Le candidat idéal possède 4 à 5 ans d’études supérieures, maîtrise l’anglais et les cadres de sécurité; expérience en déploiement et gestion d’incidents est cruciale.

Responsabilités

• Superviser l'exploitation et l'évolution des réseaux d'entreprise (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN) et des composants de sécurité.
• Déployer et optimiser les solutions de sécurité (pare-feu, EDR, protection endpoint, anti-spam, filtrage web).
• Mettre en œuvre les politiques et standards de sécurité définis par la direction IT.
• Réaliser des évaluations de risques, identifier les vulnérabilités et piloter les remédiations.
• Conduire la gestion des incidents de sécurité et coordonner les retours d'expérience.
• Veiller à la conformité avec les exigences internes, réglementaires et contractuelles.
• Livrer les projets en production avec les équipes IT et partenaires externes.
• Maintenir les standards d'architecture et de renforcement des réseaux.
• Gérer les fournisseurs et les prestataires et veiller à la conformité contractuelle.
• Proposer des axes d'amélioration continue et maturité cybersécurité.

The IT Supervisor Network & Security is responsible for the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructures and associated protection systems. The role leads operations, infrastructure evolution projects, and security initiatives to ensure a high level of service across the entire scope. Reporting directly to the *Head of IT, Corporate*, the position works closely with the *Director of IT, Digital Workplace & Information Security* on security, compliance, and risk management topics.
