Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Service and IT Installation Manager to ensure steady-state IT service delivery while leading on-site infrastructure deployments. You will collaborate with local operations, regional ISM teams, and vendors to align services with business needs and project scope.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service management, 3+ years in hardware/networking, and strong FR/EN communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or multi-site environments.
• Minimum 5 years in IT service management with service analysis and improvement experience.
• 3+ years direct experience with IT infrastructure tech (PCs, networking, RF).
• ITIL qualifications preferred (e.g., Service Level/Incident Management).
• Business fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned sites, ensuring SLA targets are met.
• Build relationships with site management, suppliers, and regional teams.
• Define and review IT service catalogs and conduct regular service reviews.
• Establish site support models and develop on-site expert communities.
• Coordinate on-site deployments and document technical architectures.
