Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT production, operations, or application support environments.
• Experience with Linux/Windows servers and job scheduling tools.
• Strong monitoring tool experience (Nagios/Centreon/Zabbix/Dynatrace/Grafana).
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
• Scripting skills: Unix/Linux Shell and PowerShell.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/EasyVista).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in application deployments and technical upgrades.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operations tools and procedures.
• Write and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Support project teams with integration of new applications into production.
