Jobtailor in Colombelles, France, is seeking an experienced IT Systems and Network Administrator to ensure operational continuity of our infrastructure. You will monitor performance, manage incidents, perform backups, and support users with Level 2/3 assistance.

The role combines server and network administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, VMware) with security policy compliance and ongoing documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of systems and network administration experience.
• Experience in industrial or critical environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in compliance with procedures and security requirements.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain systems and network infrastructures.
• Ensure operational continuity of equipment and services.
• Monitor infrastructures and analyze system performance.
• Manage incidents, diagnose malfunctions, and implement corrective solutions.
• Perform data backup and recovery operations.
• Participate in installation, configuration, and evolution of server and network equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and cybersecurity policies.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Participate in projects to develop industrial IT infrastructures.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Assist users and provide Level 2/3 support.
• Conduct validation testing to ensure system reliability and availability.
