Airbus IM is seeking an IT Product Manager to join the Customer Services department in Toulouse, France. You will work in a 15-person team developing IT applications for Airline Services & Support, using waterfall or agile methods to resolve field issues and deliver innovative IT solutions in line with Enterprise Architecture.

Required: more than 10 years in digital product or project management, knowledge of AWS is a plus, fluent French with strong English.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of proven digital product or project management experience.
• Architect/technical knowledge; AWS knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced French with negotiation-level English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the evolution of applications to document resolution of in-service issues and enable global ramp-up.
• Define go-to-market strategy for the product and service line.
• Act as End User Advocate to translate the product vision into a prioritized backlog.
• Define chargeback models for IT products across AWS, Skywise, SAP, and hosted services.
