Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, seeks an IT Manager to own the internal IT environment supporting 150 employees across Nantes, Paris, and Barcelona. You will work directly with the CTO in a two-person IT team, balancing day-to-day operations with IT projects and improvements.

You will manage Google Workspace, Active Directory, network, security, and vendor relationships while coordinating with an apprentice. This is a hands-on role with broad scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Corporate IT, systems or infrastructure
• Experience managing internal IT environments across multiple sites
• Hands-on IT operations with project work and external providers
• Experience with Google Workspace and Active Directory
• Strong identity and access management knowledge
• Knowledge of networking, security and device management

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and user support
• Lead IT projects, migrations and improvements
• Coordinate with external IT providers
• Oversee identity, endpoint and asset management
• Maintain network and infrastructure across offices in Nantes, Paris and Barcelona
• Support security, compliance and vendor management
• Build and maintain IT roadmap with CTO
