Lengow is seeking an IT Manager to oversee the internal IT environment for 150 employees across Nantes, Paris and Barcelona. You will lead day-to-day IT operations, support users, and drive IT projects in collaboration with the CTO.

The role combines hands-on IT with strategic improvements, working with external providers and coordinating a two-person IT team. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong administration in Google Workspace and Active Directory
• Knowledge of identity and access management including SSO, MFA and RBAC
• Experience in multi-site IT environments supporting remote users

Responsabilités

• Ensure continuity and quality of internal IT services
• Manage and prioritize support requests and incidents
• Support Windows, macOS and Linux environments
• Coordinate escalations with vendors and service providers
• Define and monitor SLAs and priorities
• Guide the IT apprentice in daily operations
• Lead IT projects and contribute to the IT roadmap
