H Company is building a scalable infrastructure to support researchers and engineers, enabling access to robust infrastructure for both models and agents. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining the platform across cloud and on-prem environments.

The ideal candidate has strong observability skills, experience with modern programming languages, and knowledge of distributed systems, containerization, and IaC tools. This is a hybrid Paris/London role with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Observability and monitoring experience with Datadog, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of a modern programming language (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).

Responsabilités

• Designing and managing the infrastructure to support research and product engineering, including multi-tenant and on-prem deployments.
• Setup and maintain observability and monitoring strategies.
