Murex SAS is seeking an experienced IT technician to independently support end-user devices and services, resolving incidents and contributing to workplace technology projects from Paris.

You will install and maintain Windows 11 workstations, laptops, and peripherals, support Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM co-managed devices, and troubleshoot identity and endpoint-security technologies across AD, Entra ID, Windows Hello, and BitLocker.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in end-user, workstation or ServiceDesk support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals.
• Familiarity with Intune, Configuration Manager/SCCM, endpoint compliance, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent documentation, coordination and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; good English for international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests independently.
• Install, configure and support Windows 11 workstations, laptops and peripherals.
• Support Intune and SCCM co-managed devices, including enrolment and policy remediation.
• Troubleshoot identity and endpoint-security technologies (AD, Entra ID, Windows Hello, BitLocker).
• Coordinate complex cases with specialist teams and vendors; contribute to root-cause analysis.
• Create and maintain procedures, knowledge articles and operational documentation.
• Participate in workstation migrations, OS upgrades and security deployments.
• Track project activities, risks and user impacts; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Assist with scheduled support-shift coverage.
