Murex is seeking an experienced IT technician to independently support users and resolve incidents. You will install and support Windows 11 workstations, devices and Microsoft 365, and support Intune and SCCM managed devices.

You will work with identity/security technologies and remote-access solutions, coordinating with specialist teams and vendors. You will contribute to documentation, participate in migrations and upgrades, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in end-user, workstation or ServiceDesk support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 11, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals.
• Practical knowledge of Intune, Configuration Manager/SCCM, endpoint compliance, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, BitLocker, Windows LAPS and remote-access technologies.
• Experience with an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.
• Experience contributing to endpoint, workplace or security projects, including testing, deployment and post-deployment support.
• Ability to manage incidents and project tasks independently, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, documentation, coordination and communication skills.
• Fluency in French is mandatory.
• A good professional level of English is required for documentation and communication with international teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests independently.
• Install, configure and support Windows 11 workstations, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 and peripherals.
• Support Intune and Configuration Manager/SCCM co-managed devices, including enrolment, compliance and policy remediation.
• Troubleshoot identity and endpoint-security technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, Microsoft Authenticator, BitLocker
• Support remote-access solutions, including GlobalProtect, Citrix and VPN solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Meeting room equipment.
• Coordinate complex cases with specialist teams and vendors, contributing to root-cause analysis and incident prevention.
• Create and maintain procedures, knowledge articles and operational documentation.
• Share knowledge and assist less-experienced technicians when required.
• Contribute to workstation migrations, operating-system upgrades and security deployments-from testing and pilot phases through rollout and post-deployment support.
• Track assigned project activities, risks and user impacts, and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in scheduled support-shift coverage.
