SCOR Group Legal Department is offering an apprenticeship to gain practical exposure to IT and outsourcing contracts within an international climate. The role supports regulatory compliance, including DORA, ICT risk management, and the development of digital tools for contract management and governance.

The student will work under legal counsels, collaborating with IT, Procurement, Operations Governance, Risk and Compliance teams to strengthen process efficiency while handling confidential

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 programme in business law, contract law, IT/IP law, digital law, data protection law, compliance or a comparable programme.
• Work-study / apprenticeship contract for one or two years, depending on the academic programme and business needs.
• Fluency in French and strong professional English are required.

Responsabilités

• Support the review, follow-up and lifecycle management of IT, outsourcing, software, SaaS, cloud, digital services, consultancy and other technology related contracts.
• Assist in monitoring relationships with external IT service providers, including contractual obligations, renewal dates, deliverables, documentation, governance meetings and escalation points.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of contract trackers, templates, clauses libraries.
• Support the regulatory tracking of applicable requirements relating to IT contracts and ICT third-party service providers incl. outsourcing requirements, data protection, information security and internal policies.
