SCOR seeks a Compensation & Benefits Apprentice to join our international HR team, gaining hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and reward programs within a global environment.

The role supports compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, pay transparency initiatives, and the administration of long‑term incentive plans, with dashboards built in Excel and Power BI for HR metrics.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
Looking for an apprenticeship starting in September.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/INDEX/EQUIV, data analysis).
Knowledge of PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about Compensation & Benefits.

Responsabilités

Compensation: assist in analyses and updates of databases, salary ranges, and job information.
Benefits: review benefits strategy and prepare communication materials on employee well‑being initiatives.
Long-Term incentives: support administration of LTI plans, eligibility, and documentation.
HR Analytics & Reporting: prepare dashboards and metrics using Excel and Power BI.
Project & Team Support: coordinate global/regional Compensation & Benefits projects and prepare materials.
Ad hoc analyses and presentations for HR and management teams.
