ThunderSoft in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône, Île-de-France, seeks an Asset & IDC Operations Specialist to perform on-site IDC duties and emergency responses. You will enforce warehouse access control, manage assets, and ensure data accuracy while adhering to SLA requirements.

Requirements include a college diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of related experience in data centers or warehousing. Proactive problem solving and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree requirement: Full-time college diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
• Major requirement: Related fields.
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years.
• Total Work Experience: At least 3 years.

Responsabilités

• Perform 5×8 IDC data center on-site duty as required by Customer.
• Respond to and arrive on-site for support during non-working hours per emergency response requirements.
• Enforce strict access control and registration for personnel and assets entering/exiting the warehouse.
• Be proficient in asset management tools and platforms; execute work orders according to SLA.
• Provide optimization suggestions for asset management and workflow processes.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in asset records and data retrieval.
