Richemont, Paris-based, seeks an intellectual property legal intern to support the Fondation Cartier with IP matters across licenses, image rights, publishing contracts and other creative agreements.

You will collaborate with Fondation Cartier teams, draft and review contracts, ensure IP compliance for print and digital content, and help raise awareness of best practices in the art world.

Qualifikationen

• Legal background with a specialization in intellectual property, literary and artistic property, or art market law and taxation.
• Initial experience in a legal department or law firm focusing on IP is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Assist with drafting, reviewing and advising on IP agreements including licences, assignments, image rights, publishing contracts and commissioning contracts.
• Support IP compliance checks for print materials and digital content.
• Coordinate with Fondation Cartier teams and external partners on IP issues.
