Richemont, Paris-based, seeks an intellectual property legal intern to support the Fondation Cartier with IP matters across licenses, image rights, publishing contracts and other creative agreements.
You will collaborate with Fondation Cartier teams, draft and review contracts, ensure IP compliance for print and digital content, and help raise awareness of best practices in the art world.
“Working in intellectual property at Richemont means contributing, every day, to the protection and development of exceptional brands in a demanding and creative environment.”
To strengthen the Richemont Group’s legal team based in Paris, we are seeking an intellectual property legal intern. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support on intellectual property matters to the Fondation Cartier, covering a wide range of intellectual property areas related to the contemporary art sector. You will work closely with the Fondation Cartier teams and your legal colleagues, enjoying a degree of autonomy within a collaborative environment.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a passion for intellectual property and the art sector, organizational and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, rigour, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently. You must thrive in collaborative environments, possess excellent communication skills and have significant experience in intellectual property law, particularly in literary and artistic property law and related rights. An interest in contemporary and performing arts is also an asset for this role.
You will join a dynamic and specialized environment, where you will interact with many of the Foundation’s departments.
