Job summary

Orient Express in Paris is seeking an IP and commercial law intern to join its small, international legal team. You will assist in protecting IP assets, analyzing prior art, and supporting international contracts in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and translating English/French agreements, coordinating with external consultants on trademark matters, and contributing to contract management initiatives. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master 2 / DJCE in IP or commercial law required.
• Internship of at least 6 months in a company or law firm.
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Agility, autonomy, curiosity, prioritization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the IP and commercial contracts practice in a global, multilingual setting.
• Assist in pre-litigation and litigation matters for trademarks and domain names.
• Draft, review, and monitor IP and personality-rights contracts (English/French).
• Support operational and legal teams on IP issues.
• Draft and update contract templates and provide trainings for teams.
• Conduct legal research and translations.
