Job summary

LXD GLOBAL Inc. in Paris seeks a highly motivated IP Legal Counsel with expertise in intellectual property law, strong digital media awareness, and fluency in English and French to join our team.

You will draft and negotiate partnerships, manage copyright claims and platform rules (YouTube, Meta, TikTok), and support AI-related content use. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of €3,000 to €4,000, an annual bonus of up to 20%, a CDI, and a flexible hybrid setup with 3 days in the Paris office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in media, digital content, or tech sectors.
• Drafting and negotiating partnership contracts.
• Managing copyright claims and platform rules (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Reviewing and renewing contracts.
• Responding to third-party complaints.
• Applying IP law in AI-related content and usage.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) - this is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage copyright matters, platform compliance, and digital contracts.
• Work cross-functionally with product, content, legal, and partnership teams.
• Contribute to global projects with legal impact across media, tech, and content distribution.
