VC Stack is seeking a Managing Director to join their investment team in Paris, France. This role focuses on investment origination, transaction execution, and portfolio management, requiring significant experience in Private Equity and knowledge of defense and security sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience, a strategic mindset, and excellent negotiation skills. Fluent English is mandatory, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Growth Equity.
• Proven track record in industrial and/or deeptech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of defense, security, or dual-use technologies is a major plus.
