Stifel Europe is seeking an Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Technology) for a 6-month internship starting July 2026. The role is based at 26 Av. des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, joining the Technology investment banking teams (Software; Climate and Industrial Tech).

Responsabilités

• Assist in mandates across M&A, IPOs, public takeovers, and private placements for Pan-European and international growth companies.
• Draft client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, and valuation books.
• Perform financial analyses and modelling (LBO, DCF, trading comps, transaction comps).
• Support deal execution through investor outreach, due diligences, Q&A, and process tracking.
• Contribute to corporate presentations and sector screenings.

We Are Currently Recruiting Interns To Support The Growing Activity Of Our Technology Investment Banking Department In Two Of Our Teams

Duties & Responsibilities

The intern’s work will include:

• Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies


• Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books


• Performing company’s financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)


• Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)


• Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor's lists, etc.
