Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris offers two 6-month internships in the Tech Coverage team of Advisory & Coverage Banking, starting April 2027 and July 2027.

You will conduct industry analyses, prepare pitch books, and assist in transactions from modeling to credit committee files, working with mentors to support client development.

The program includes an attractive internship allowance, 60% transport refund, one paid day off per month, and access to the company restaurant.

Qualifications

• BAC+4/5 student in Finance or equivalent.
• Prior internship in Tech, VC, PE, IB or strategy consulting preferred.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, curiosity, critical thinking and ability to handle pressure.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry analyses and market research on target customers and deal opportunities.
• Prepare pitch books and presentations with strategic and financial analysis to support senior team.
• Participate in transaction execution from financial modeling to credit committee files.
• Write regular follow-up reports and internal communication materials.
• Take part in other tasks within the team (sales management, events, etc.).

Job Description

You are joining the Tech Coverage team within the Advisory & Coverage Banking division, which is looking for two Coverage Techs for internships of 6 months, to be provided with April 2027 and in July 2027.

Based in Paris, the Tech Coverage team aims to support start-ups and scale-ups in their technological development, from debt financing to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

• Conduct industry analyses and in-depth market research on target customers and deal opportunities;
• Prepare pitch books and presentations, including strategic and financial analysis of individual companies, to support the senior team in client development;
• Participate in the execution of transactions, from financial modeling to credit committee application files;
• Write regular follow-up reports and other communication materials for internal stakeholders;
• Take part in any other tasks that may reasonably be required within the team (sales management, event planning, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.
• You had a first internship experience in the Tech (Venture Capital / Start-up), Private Equity, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
• You demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to handle pressure.
• And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
