Job summary

Core Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage receiving, storage, and issuing of materials to support production. You will ensure accurate inventory, labeling, traceability, and timely shipment preparation in a safe work environment.

The role involves collaboration with Production teams, performing subassembly tasks and parts finishing as needed, while maintaining high standards of organization and safety.

Qualifications

• CAP/BEP or vocational baccalaureate in logistics, warehousing or equivalent field.
• Previous experience in warehousing, inventory management, logistics, or an industrial environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify compliance with delivery notes and purchase orders.
• Identify, label, and store items in designated storage locations.
• Record stock receipts and stock issues within the inventory management system.
• Prepare and make available components, materials, and supplies required for production activities.
• Prepare shipments and ensure appropriate follow-up and tracking.
• Ensure proper product identification and traceability at all times.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and analyze stock discrepancies.
• Report anomalies, quantity discrepancies, or receiving-related issues.
• Maintain receiving and storage areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of stock organization and inventory reliability.
• Work closely with Production teams and provide support with related tasks, including: Assembly of subassemblies, Part engraving, and Part deburring
