Körber Pharma Packaging AG in France is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor stock levels, perform daily and weekly cycle counts, generate stock movement analyses and KPI reports, and ensure inventory accuracy aligns with targets.

You will collaborate with Procurement & Planning to guarantee timely material availability, drive continuous process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency, support annual stock counts and external audits, and ensure compliance with warehouse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field needed.
• 3–5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP MM/IM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy as per KPI target
• Maintain optimal inventory levels against production requirements.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Colloborate with Procurement & Planning departments to ensure timely material availability
• Monitor stock levels and report stock shortages, over-stock, slow-moving items, aging stock, obsolete stock and forecast future supply requirements.
• Analyze inventory trends and stock movement patterns to optimize inventory levels and improve stock management.
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement analyses, inventory performance metrics & KPIs.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and stock audits
• Support annual stock count activities and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory control and warehouse efficiency.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of inventory control or warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years experience using ERP systems such as SAP (MM &IM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar inventory management software as Warehouse Management System (WMS)
