HCLTech is seeking an Intune Expert to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris. This role focuses on managing Intune devices, compliance policies, conditional access, and Microsoft 365 licensing to maintain a secure, compliant workplace environment.

You will design Intune profiles, oversee updates in Teams Admin Center, and produce BAU documentation and reports using Power BI. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network security, device compliance policies, and endpoint management.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage and lead projects effectively.
• Proficiency in integrating and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct an initial audit of the Intune environment (policies, compliance, configuration).
• Manage enrollment of Poly CCX 505/600 phones via AOSP with Intune filters and compliance policies.
• Implement and maintain conditional access policies (MFA exclusions, filter targeting).
• Create and maintain Intune profiles tailored to different models and use cases.
• Oversee updates via Teams Admin Center and optionally Poly Lens.
• Verify license assignments and compliance (E3, E5, Teams Phone, Copilot, etc.).
• Produce concise BAU documentation: enrollment, compliance, configuration, reporting.
• Use Power BI to visualize license status, device compliance, and enrollment statistics.

We are seeking for an Intune Expert to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris.

Role Defination

Intune & Microsoft 365 Engineer: Responsible for managing Intune devices, compliance policies, Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 licensing, and Teams phone administration. Supports automation, reporting, documentation, and BAU operations to ensure a secure and compliant workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct an initial audit of the Intune environment (policies, compliance, configuration).
• Manage enrollment of Poly CCX 505/600 phones via AOSP, with Intune filters and specific compliance policies.
• Implement and maintain conditional access policies (MFA exclusions, filter targeting).
• Create and maintain Intune profiles tailored to different models and use cases.
• Oversee updates via Teams Admin Center and optionally Poly Lens.
• Microsoft 365
• Verify license assignment and compliance (E3, E5, Teams Phone, Copilot, etc.).
• Manage add-ins and access rights (PIM, admin roles, etc.).
• Ensure consistency between roles, groups, and assignments in Azure AD and Intune.
• Documentation & BAU
• Produce concise documentation on BAU processes: enrollment, compliance, configuration, reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date internal guides.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Deploy PowerShell tools to:
• Verify assigned licenses
• Control enrollments and compliance
• Extract reports from M365 Admin, Intune, and Teams Admin portals
• Use Power BI to visualize:
• License status
• Device compliance
• Usage and enrollment statistics
