HCLTech seeks an Expert MS Exchange to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. The role focuses on senior-level expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Messaging within a large international transformation, securing and evolving hybrid environments (On-Premise and Online).

Responsibilities include leadership on Exchange infrastructures, security, hybrid migrations, incident management, PowerShell automation, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premise (Exchange 2016/2019, DAG).
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations; Windows Server admin; PowerShell scripting.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership on Exchange and Messaging infrastructures (Online and On‑Prem hybrid).
• Ensure security, compliance, and hardening of messaging services.
• Contribute to transformation and migration projects, including hybrid evolutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations (MCO), incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Perform impact analysis, CAB submissions, and rollback planning.
• Deliver Level 3/4 support on Exchange and Messaging components.
• Maintain and automate environments using PowerShell scripting.
• Produce technical documentation and regular activity reports.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in governance meetings.

We are seeking for an Expert MS Exchange to fill the position to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

• 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Overview:

The role focuses on providing senior-level expertise on Microsoft Exchange and Messaging platforms within a large-scale international transformation program. The expert is responsible for securing, operating, and evolving hybrid MS Exchange environments (On‑Premise and Online), ensuring service continuity, compliance, and alignment with transformation objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on Exchange and Messaging infrastructures (Online and On‑Prem hybrid).
• Ensure security, compliance, and hardening of messaging services.
• Contribute to transformation and migration projects, including hybrid and tenant evolutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations (MCO), incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Perform impact analysis, prepare CAB submissions, and define rollback plans.
• Deliver Level 3 / Level 4 support on Exchange and Messaging components.
• Maintain and automate environments using PowerShell scripting.
• Produce technical documentation (procedures, architecture documents, operating guides).
• Provide regular reporting on activities, risks, incidents, and changes.
• Collaborate with international teams and participate in technical and governance meetings.

Mandatory skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online and On‑Premise (Exchange 2016/2019, DAG).
• Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations.
• Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
• Proven experience with hybrid Exchange architectures.
• Messaging security solutions (email security gateways, compliance, e‑discovery).

Appreciated skills:

• Experience with inter-tenant migration projects.
• Knowledge of PKI and certificate management.
• Familiarity with email security appliances and advanced messaging protection.
• Experience in large, international, multi-site environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in complex transformation programs.
• Change, Incident, and Request management in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in English-speaking environments.
