The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Global Headquarters in Paris offers a six-month, full-time internship in Global Partnerships and Development. The role involves supporting WCF meetings, member outreach, research, and data updates in a dynamic international team.

You will prepare briefings, assist with presentations, and gain exposure to global trade networks. Fluency in English is required; you must be a registered student eligible for an internship in France.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student during the internship.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English; French is a plus.
• Strong IT and social media skills.

Responsabilités

• Support activities related to WCF meetings and governing bodies.
• Assist with the prospection of new WCF members and affiliates; research target countries.
• Conduct research on various topics related to WCF projects.
• Support ICC National Committees (NCs) and membership data updates, briefing notes, and organization of online files.
• Assist in meetings with NCs and in preparing .ppt presentations.

The role

TheGlobal Partnerships and Development is looking for a motivated intern to contribute to the development and support of the department’s activities, including:

• Support the activities related to the WCFmeetings,its governingbodies, WCF Women’sCouncil and Task Forces.
• Support the activities related to theprospection of newWCFmembers and affiliates, including research about potential target countries/chambers
• Conduct research ondifferent topics related to WCF projects
• Support withICCNational Committees(NCs)and Membership factsheets/data updates, briefing notes,updateand organizationof online files.
• Support in administrative tasks related to meetings with NCs
• Support in checking NC websites and research projects
• Support in preparing .ppt presentations

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

• Are a fluent English speaker with strong writing and organizational skills, who is meticulous in carrying out the required duties. English is the working language, but French as well as other languages are highly recommended.
• Have solid time management skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral), and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Are comfortable with responsibility, motivated and strong IT and social media skills are necessary to perform successfully in this position. The intern’s experience will also include both administrative and substantive tasks.
• Area team player who is highly interested in gaining experience in an international environment with a dynamic globally focused team.

Terms and conditions

Important information before applying:

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
• Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
