ICC Global Headquarters in Paris is offering a six-month full-time internship in Global Communications to learn CRM, data governance, and digital marketing. You will maintain CRM data quality in Microsoft CRM 365, perform data research with Inside View and Demandbase, build leads and accounts, and support data entry, cleansing and user training for the CRM team.

Qualifications

• Must be a student during internship.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Professional level English with basic French.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain data quality in the CRM data base (Microsoft CRM 365).
• Perform data research and recovery using CRM insights (Inside View, Demandbase).
• Build lists of leads/contacts and accounts for CRM users and ICC projects.
• Manage data entry and cleansing procedures using CRM solutions (Duplicare).
• Import contact files into CRM databases.
• Support the CRM team and coordinate with users (marketing committee, marketing calendar, meetings).
• Provide user support internally and externally (queries on data and mailbox management).
• Train new employees on CRM tool and email marketing tool, rules and best practices.

The role

We are seeking a motivated CRM and Digital Marketing intern to learn more about CRM, data governance, digital marketing and transition management.

Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

• Maintenance of data quality into our CRM data base (Microsoft CRM 365);
• Data research and recovery using CRM based “insights” solutions (Inside View Demandbase etc.);
• List build of leads/contacts and accounts for CRM users and ICC specific projects;
• Manage basic data entry and cleansing procedures using CRM solutions (Duplicare);
• Manage import contact files into CRM databases;
• Support the CRM team and coordinate relationship with users (marketing committee, marketing calendar, users’ meetings, etc.);
• Provide user support internally and externally (includes queries on data and the management of our user dedicated mailbox);
• Train new employees (CRM tool and email marketing tool, business rules, best practices etc.).

Requirements

Terms and conditions

Important information before applying:

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
• Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
