Betclic Group in Bordeaux is offering a 6-month Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern role starting in February 2026. You will join the Talent Acquisition team to support apprenticeship and internship recruitment for the 2027 intake.

You will engage with multiple teams across the organization, recruit students for various functions, and help shape Betclic's future talent in a fast-growing, international environment. The role blends hands-on recruitment with events and employer branding.

Qualifications

• This internship requires pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• 6-month internship starting in early 2027.
• First experience in recruitment (internship or apprenticeship) is preferred.
• Strong interest in recruitment and ability to understand team needs.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and managers.
• Team player with positive energy and good humor.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the apprenticeship and internship recruitment campaign from needs to selection.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles, recruitment plans, and timelines.
• Manage the selection process, conduct interviews, and coordinate with teams with autonomy.
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to preparation and follow-up of offers.
• Monitor campaign performance with recruitment indicators and reporting.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and student events.
• Develop understanding of Betclic’s business and recruitment market to advise candidates and managers.

ENTER THE GAME

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern, you will join the Talent Acquisition team, composed of seven people. You will contribute directly to the preparation and management of Betclic’s apprenticeship and internship recruitment campaigns for the 2027 intake.

This internship will give you the opportunity to work on a wide range of recruitment topics and interact with many different teams across the organization. You will recruit students for various types of positions, including Tech, Product, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, and other corporate functions.

You will play a key role in attracting and selecting our future apprentices and interns while developing a broad understanding of recruitment in a fast-growing, international company.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

• You will coordinate the apprenticeship and internship recruitment campaign, from identifying hiring needs to final selection.


• You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define profiles, recruitment plans and timelines.


• You will manage the selection process, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams, with full autonomy.


• You will ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• You will contribute to the preparation and follow-up of offers.


• You will monitor campaign performance through recruitment indicators, maintain accurate reporting and suggest improvements throughout the campaign.


• You will participate in employer branding initiatives, including school partnerships, career fairs, student events and communication campaigns.


• You will continuously develop your understanding of Betclic’s business, professions and recruitment market in order to provide relevant advice to candidates and managers.

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.


• You are looking for a 6-month internship starting in early 2027.


• You have a first experience in recruitment (internship or apprenticeship), ideally in a digital environment.


• You have a strong interest in recruitment, driven by your curiosity to discover different professions, understand team needs, and support managers in their decision-making.


• You are very organized, rigorous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• You are proactive, autonomous and comfortable taking initiatives.


• You have excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.


• You are a strong team player who enjoys bringing positive energy, enthusiasm, and good humor to the team.


• You are fluent in both French and English.


• Ideally, you have an interest in sports, gaming, entertainment and technology.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

• If your application is shortlisted, Élodie, Talent Acquisition Expert, will contact you for an initial HR screening (30 minutes).


• Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (covering personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning assessment). During a second interview with Élodie, you will discuss and review your results together.


• You may also meet Sébastien, Talent Acquisition Expert, for a final interview.
