Eurazeo is seeking an Intern to join the Strategy and M&A team in Paris, January 2027 start. You will contribute to the group’s growth by researching markets, analysing assets, and supporting deal processes across external and organic growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold BAC +4/5 and are fluent in English, with strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in finance is a plus, and you will collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects.

Qualifications

• BAC +4 / BAC +5 from business or engineering school.
• High English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in finance is a strong plus.

Job description

The intern will be part of theStrategy and M&A team, whose mission is to drive the growth of the Groupand to support the Business Units in their search for critical size.
The intern will work alongside theteam in developing the strategic orientations submitted to the Executive Boardand implementing it through the research, analysis and execution of externaland organic growth operations.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic intelligence & industry analysis

• Monitor trends, competitive dynamics and consolidation movements across the asset management industry
• Build and maintain competitive benchmarks and market maps of alternative asset managers
• Prepare sector updates and briefing materials for management

2. M&A & corporate development

• Screen potential acquisition targets against the Group's key strategic priorities
• Contribute to the strategic and financial analysis of identified opportunities
• Support the preparation of materials used throughout the deal process

Profile

• BAC +4 / BAC +5 (école de commerce ou d’ingénieur)
• High English proficiency
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in finance is a strong plus
