Eurazeo is seeking an Intern to join the Strategy and M&A team in Paris, January 2027 start. You will contribute to the group’s growth by researching markets, analysing assets, and supporting deal processes across external and organic growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold BAC +4/5 and are fluent in English, with strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in finance is a plus, and you will collaborate with senior team members on strategic projects.

Qualifications

• BAC +4 / BAC +5 from business or engineering school.
• High English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in finance is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Strategic intelligence & industry analysis: Monitor trends, dynamics and consolidations in asset management; build benchmarks and market maps; prepare sector updates.
• M&A & corporate development: Screen targets against strategic priorities; contribute to strategic/financial analysis; support deal materials.
